All sales made by Ace & Deuce to you (“Customer”) are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise indicated by Ace & Deuce in writing. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order.  Do not place any orders unless you understand and agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined herein. Ace & Deuce reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice at its sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds & Exchanges: For regular priced items, Customers must request a refund or exchange within 5 calendar days of receiving the items using the Contact Us form below. Refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. All discounted, sales, clearance, and conference items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

All items approved for a refund or exchange must be received within 7 calendar days once approval is given. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund or exchange will not be accepted.

Item(s) must be returned in the original product packaging. Ace & Deuce has the right to deny the exchange of any item(s) that appears to be worn, washed, or do not have the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrance, and deodorant. Item(s) that show evidence of wear will be destroyed and not exchanged; customers will not receive store credit. Once received, exchanges may take up to 21 business days to process.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Exchanges: Customers may exchange regular priced item(s) by mail for the same item(s) color and style, in a different size. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs to exchange item(s); including the shipping cost to send the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for the new item(s). Ace & Deuce is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, strikes, or general delays; or loss of package as a result of UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any shipper systems. Customers are encouraged to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping: Each item is inspected by us personally and will not be shipped with any defects. Ace & Deuce is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, strikes, or general delays within UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any shipper systems.

Additionally, we are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout, lost or stolen packages that have been shipped, items damaged during shipping or upon opening. Customers are encouraged to purchase USPS Priority Mail which is insured against loss. USPS Retail Ground shipping is not insured.

Ace & Deuce makes every effort to ensure orders are processed in a reasonable timeframe. Orders will be shipped when all items for a single order are available. Ace & Deuce does not state or advertise that products will be shipped within a certain timeframe. Transit times are not based on checkout.

Merchandise: All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering. Ace & Deuce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. All orders are subject to availability.

Notice of Defects: Customers are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customers must use the Contact Us form within 5 calendar days of receiving the items and provide photos upon request.

Under no circumstances will Ace & Deuce accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner. 

Use of Materials Located on This Site: Copyrights, Trademarks and Restrictions: All materials published on this website (including but not limited to articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips) are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by Ace & Deuce or the party credited as the provider of the material. The entire contents of this website are also copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws, and the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content are protected by copyright. You shall abide by all copyright notices and other restrictions contained in any material accessed through the website. No material from this website or any website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Ace & Deuce may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use, and may print one hard copy of the material on this website for your personal, noncommercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Limitation on Liability: Customer acknowledges that Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including but, not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of the Seller’s merchandise.

Marketing Communication: By entering your email and phone number, you agree to receive marketing messages at the email and number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, no information on consumers who browse our Web page and for products purchase. The information we collect is used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, and for products re-ording.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Notice: Buyer acknowledges, understands and agrees (hereinafter collectively “agrees”) that he/she is an Authorized Buyer only if buying goods bearing logos, designs, copyrights and trademarks for an AKA member. Buyer agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own, wear or possess such items.

Buyer also agrees that purchasing Sorority goods for any other reason is prohibited and doing so under false pretense authorizes Sorority to immediately (1) remove the goods from the internet and all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Ebay, Amazon.com, Etsy.com “Third Party”) and (2) repossess such good(s) from Buyer and Third Party trying to sell them. Buyer agrees to waive its First Sale Doctrine right to subsequently sell any item(s), bearing a sorority mark.”
